Muktinath Mondal

Born in Tulia, West Bengal in 1982. Mondal finished his Diploma in drawing in 1995 from Sarbabharatiya Sangeet O Sanaskriti Parishad, West Bengal. In 2005 he completed his Bachelors in Fine Art, Indira Kala Sangeet Viswa Vidyalaya, Chhattisgarh, and in 2007 his Masters in Fine Arts from University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad. Muktinath has exhibited and participated extensively, few of his important exhibitions have been ‘Excavation/Eruption,’ curated by Yashodhara Dalmia at Vadehra Art Gallery, New Delhi, 2015, ‘Baroda at cross roads-paths and pathways’, curated by Parnab Mukherjee, Birla Academy of Art and Culture, Kolkata 2013 etc.

He lives and works in Baroda and Kolkata.
